It's been one of life goals since high school to have an animation on the Game Grumps channel, and in 2023, I did it! Their playthrough of Danganronpa 2 was SO hilarious; I was enamored and inspired by their iterations of the characters. They were so cartoonish and quirky and nonsensical, and it was a blast to visualize their improv banter. I truly feel so honored to have my work on their channel!
The Abandoned Salt Mine
There is an improvised Tumblr post, floating around somewhere on that archaic website, in which an unfortunate individual is trapped in the salt mines. Tumblr user "Zagreus" took the liberty of creating marvelous audio for it, with her wonderful voice and editing skills. I was captivated by her voice acting, and it wasn't long before I felt inspired to animate it. And thus, this animation was born!
Boss Baby Fuyuhiko - Game Grumps Animated
In addition to having an animation on the Game Grumps channel as one of my life aspirations, I'd also always wanted to make a game grumps animated. This is not only my first GG animated, but my first ever "full" animation I'd ever made. Teaching myself to use Toon Boom Harmony was quite a challenging journey, but I'm proud of myself for taking on such an ambitious project as my first.
Beavis and Butthead - Animated + Animatic
Unfortunately, I never finished this project, but it gives you another look at my Toon Boom animation in the beginning.
I was REALLY into Mike Judges Beavis and Butthead for a while there in late 2022, and I felt inspired to animate part of an episode. They were challenging, yet fun to draw and animate!
